- 6 (1 to 1 1/4-inch) T-bone, Porterhouse or New York steaks or London broil
- 1/3 c. good bourbon
- 3/4 c. olive oil
- 1/4 c. Worcestershire sauce
- 6 garlic cloves, crushed
- fresh ground pepper to taste
Directions

1Place steak in glass or ceramic bowl or Ziploc plastic bag. Mix marinade ingredients and pour over steak.

2Marinate, covered and refrigerated, 2 to 3 hours, turning occasionally.

3Remove from refrigerator 20 to 30 minutes before cooking.

4Grill steak over a hot fire until desired doneness, turning and brushing with remaining marinade.
