- 2/3 c. sugar
- 1/3 c. melted butter
- 1 c. + pecan halves
- 3/4 c. light corn syrup
- 1/4 c. Jack Daniels

1Preheat oven to 375°.

2Beat together eggs, sugar and butter. Beat corn syrup and bourbon well in a separate bowl.

3Add bourbon mixture to egg mixture; beat well.

4Stir in pecans.

5Pour mixture into a 9-inch pie shell and bake 40 to 50 minutes, until set.
