  • 1/4 lb. cream cheese
  • 1 c. cooked, chopped chicken
  • 1 Tbsp. chutney (or sweet pickle relish)
  • 1/2 tsp. curry powder
  • 2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
  • 1 c. chopped almonds
  • salt to taste
  • 1/2 c. moist coconut

Directions

    Mix all ingredients, except coconut.

    Shape into small balls. Roll in coconut; chill.

    Makes 3 to 4 dozen.
