  • 1 9 inch Defrosted Pie Crust
  • 1 Cup Brown Sugar
  • 3/4 Cup Dark Karo Syrup
  • 3 Tablespoons Flour
  • 2 Tablespoons Molasses
  • 2 Tablespoons Bourbon
  • 1 tablespoon Butter (Melted)
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 Vanilla Extract
  • 2 Large Eggs
  • 1 Large Egg White
  • 2/3 Cup Pecan Halves
  • 1/2 Ounce Bittersweet Chocolate (melted)

Directions

    Pre-Heat oven 350

    Combine first 10 ingredients, stir well with whisk. Stir in Pecans and spoon into pie crust. Cover edges with foil to prevent burning. Bake for 45 Minutes. Cool on a wire rack.

    Place chocolate in microwave for 1 minute and stir till smooth.

    Drizzle melted Chocolate over pie.
