- 1 c. sugar
- 1/3 c. bourbon or brandy
- 1/4 tsp. nutmeg
- 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp. ginger
- 4 c. pecan halves
Directions

1Mix all ingredients, except pecan halves.

2Place in saucepan and bring to rolling boil on low heat.

3Boil for 2 minutes. Remove from stove, add pecans and stir until pecans are well coated and sauce begins to crystallize.

4Spread pecans on waxed paper, separate and let cool.
