  • 1 cup firmly packed light brown sugar
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 cup bourbon

Directions

    Bring superfine sugar, brown sugar, and 1 cup water to a boil in a small saucepan over medium-high heat; cook 10 minutes until reduced by half. Remove from heat, and stir in bourbon.
