  • 1 garlic clove
  • olive oil to taste
  • minced meat to taste
  • sesame seeds
  • pepper
  • arugula
  • bow tie pasta
  • 1 carrot
  • red cabbage

    Cook the pasta in salty water.

    Once cooked drain.

    Cut the onion and place in a pan with garlic and olive oil.

    Add the minced meat, salt and pepper and saute until frying.

    Add the meat to the pasta.

    Cut the red cabbage.

    Add the carrot and a handful of leaves of arugula, a pinch of sesame seeds and a little olive oil.
