  • 1 lb ground beef, chicken, or turkey
  • 16 oz Salsa, chunky is best.
  • 8 oz bow tie or other pasta
  • 1 cup shredded cheese

Directions

    In a large deep pan, brown the meat and drain the fat.

    Add the jar of salsa and heat on low until heated through.

    Meanwhile, cook pasta according to package directions.

    Drain pasta and add to salsa/meat mixture.

    Mix well.

    Turn off heat.

    Sprinkle liberally with shredded cheese.

    Cover and let sit until cheese melts, about 5 min.
