  • 4 table spoon olive oil
  • 1 medium onion-diced
  • 1 can (14 1/2oz) vegetable or chicken broth
  • 1/2 lb asparagas
  • 1 pint cherry tomatoes
  • 1/2 lb farfalle pasta (bows)
  • 1/2 can (19 oz)cannellini beans
  • 1 oz. goat cheese (crumbled)
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • grated cheese (Parmesan)optional
