- 6 ounces farfalle pasta
- 1/2 cup Italian dressing store-bought
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley leaves chopped
- 2 tablespoons fresh mint leaves chopped
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- 1 large tomato diced
- 1 scallion trimmed and sliced
- 1/2 cup frozen peas thawed
- 1/2 cup arugula thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup basil leaves small
Directions

1Cook pasta in boiling salted water until al dente. Drain then rinse under cold water until cool.
