- 1 lb. top round steak, sliced thin
- 4 Tbsp. butter
- 1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 c. bread crumbs
- 2 garlic cloves, chopped
- 1 medium onion, sliced
- 4 Tbsp. parsley, chopped
- salt and pepper
- olive oil
- 1 c. red wine
Directions

1Spread steak with butter and layer onion over top.

2Sprinkle remaining ingredients.

3Roll up tightly and tie securely.

4Brown in olive oil, turning often so as not to burn.

5Lower heat; add wine.

6Cover and cook slowly until fork-tender, about 1 hour. Braciolone may also be cooked in tomato sauce.
