  • Foil or paper-lined baking cups - fancy silver or gold ones look great
  • 18 Vanilla Wafers (Nabisco Nilla Wafers)
  • 3 8 ounce packages Philadelphia cream cheese (softened)
  • 3/4 Cup Sugar
  • 1 Tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 1/4 teaspoons grated lemon peel
  • 3/4 teaspoon vanilla
  • 3 eggs (room temperature)
