  • 9 ounces whole wheat flour
  • 18 ounces flour, all-purpose
  • 1 tablespoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 package yeast, active dry
  • 3 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 218 cups water

Directions

    Pour flours into bowl;add yeast and sugar and mix the oil and water together, lukewarm, and add to flours and let rise 10 minutes.

    Add the salt and knead all to a dough.

    Separate into 3 pieces and braid them to a braid.

    Put on cookie sheet and brush with milk.

    Put in 50 cup oven and let rise again.

    Than put oven on 200 cup and bake for 30 minutes.
