- 500 g flour
- 60 g sugar
- 1 Tbsp. yeast
- 1 egg
- 60 to 80 g butter or margarine
- 1 c. milk
Directions

1Put flour in a bowl.

2Move flour out of center.

3Pour in warm milk.

4Add sugar and yeast.

5Let rise for at least 20 minutes until bubbles are forming.

6Add the other ingredients.

7Knead into a dough until it comes easily off your hands.

8Let rise until double the size.
