- 1/2 teaspoon onion salt
- 1 dash black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
- 4 each onions sliced
- 2 cans soup, tomato
- 3 pounds bear steak
Directions

1Marinate bear steak overnight.

2Dry and sear on both sides in hot cooking oil or bacon grease.

3Add garlic salt, onion salt, pepper and chili powder.

4Cover and simmer for 2 to 3 hours, until tender.

5Add: onions and soup.

6Simmer 15 to 20 minutes more.
