- 3 each carrots grated
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 4 each chives
- 1 x salt
- 1 x black pepper
Directions

1In skillet heat butter until foamy.

2Add chives and saute until tender.

3Add green cabbage and carrots.

4Saute over high heat until tender but crisp, about 4 minutes.

5Add salt and pepper to taste.

6If you don't have scallions, onions are the next best substitute.
