- 1 1/2 lb. shredded cabbage
- 3 carrots, grated
- 3 Tbsp. butter
- 2 green onions, chopped or 4 stalks chives, chopped
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1In skillet, heat butter until foamy. Add onions or chives and saute until tender. Add cabbage and carrots. Saute over high heat until tender-crisp, about 4 minutes.

2Add salt and pepper.
