  • 0.5 medium head of green cabbage
  • 2 potatoes
  • 1 large onion
  • 1 carrot
  • 1.5 - 2 tablespoons tomato paste
  • 2-3 cloves of garlic
  • 0.5 tbsp sugar
  • fresh herbs: parsley, dill
  • sunflower oil (or any vegetable oil)
  • 1.5 tbsp butter
  • salt, black pepper, red pepper
  • Optional: 2-3 tomatoes, paprika (2-4 teaspoons), oregano (1-2 tsp)

Remove potatoes onto a plate. In the same pan (if necessary, add more sunflower oil) put chopped onions.
