- 1 pound Brussels Sprouts
- 1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 clove Garlic, Minced
- 1/2 cups Onions, Thinly Sliced
- 1 teaspoon Lemon Zest
- 1 teaspoon Crushed Red Pepper Flakes
- 1 teaspoon Kosher Salt
- 1/2 teaspoons Crushed Black Pepper
- 1/4 cups Dry White Wine

11. Trim stems from Brussels sprouts and remove any wilted leaves from the exterior, cut into halves.

22. Heat olive oil in a large saute pan over medium high heat. Add garlic and onions, saute for 5-6 minuets, or until garlic is fragrant and the onions soften.

33. Turn heat to medium low. Add brussel spouts, lemon zest, crushed red pepper, salt, and pepper. Saute stirring occasionally 7-8 minutes.

44. Add the white wine, cover, and cook for another 5-10 minutes depending on preferred texture. I like mine slightly firm, so I saute for a remaining 6 minutes.
