- 1 c. wine
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. Pepper
- 1 lb. mushrooms
Directions

1In 10-inch skillet, melt butter on medium.

2Add shallot and sage leaves; cook 2 minutes.

5Stir in 1 pound halved mushrooms.
