Braised Pork Belly

Ingredients
- 2 -3 kg pork belly
- 1/4 cup sweet chili sauce
- 1/4 cup oyster sauce
- 4 tablespoons brown sugar
- 4 potatoes
- 1/4 cup cream
- 25 g butter
- salt and pepper
Directions

1Place Pork skin side up in a large roasting dish.

2Pour the Sauces over the top.

3Sprinkle Brown Sugar Over.

4Half fill roasting dish with water.

5Cover with foil.

6Bake in the oven 300F for 3 - 4 hours until melt-in-the mouth tender.

7Cook potatoes, drain then dry over heat.

8Mash with cream and butter.

9Steam some seasonal green veges till just done.

10Divide mash between 4 plates.

11Cut Pork into serving chunks and arrange over top with some of the cooking liquid.

12Garnish with green vegetables.
