- 6 to 8 lean pork chops, 1-inch thick, boneless
- 1/3 c. flour
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. dry mustard
- 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
- 2 Tbsp. oil
- 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of chicken soup
Directions

1Coat pork chops with mixture of flour, salt, mustard and garlic salt.

2Brown on both sides in hot oil in large skillet. Put pork chops in crock-pot.

3Add chicken soup.

4Cover and cook on low for 6 to 8 hours or high for 3 to 4 hours.
