Braised Pork Chops

Ingredients

  • 6 to 8 lean chops
  • 1/3 c. flour
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. dry mustard
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
  • 2 Tbsp. oil
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup

Directions

    Coat chops with mixture of flour, salt, mustard and garlic salt.

    Brown on both sides in hot oil in skillet. Put chops in crock-pot. Add chicken soup.

    Cover and cook on low 6 to 8 hours or high 3 to 4 hours.
