  • 1 small red onion, cut lengthwise in half, then sliced crosswise
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 8 cups shredded red cabbage
  • 1-1/2 cups 25%-less-sodium chicken broth
  • 1 Tbsp. brown sugar
