  • 4 lbs spinach or 4 lbs kale
  • 2 tablespoons vegan soy sauce
  • 6 cloves garlic

Directions

    Slice greens into small ribbons.

    Bring l 1/2 cups water and soy sauce to a boil.

    Add garlic and simmer uncovered for approximately 1 minute.

    Add greens, toss to coat with salt and pepper to taste.

    Cook until greens wilt and are tender, approximately 5 minutes.
