Ingredients

  • 1 whole chicken, cooked and boned
  • 12 oz. pkg. spaghetti
  • 3/4 lb. Velveeta cheese
  • 1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes
  • 1 stick oleo
  • 1 onion
  • 1 green pepper
  • 1 can green peas
  • salt and pepper
  • garlic powder to taste

Directions

    Cook spaghetti (can add chicken bouillon to water to add flavor).

    Dice onion and green pepper and cook in oleo in skillet until tender.

    Melt Velveeta cheese in can of Ro-Tel tomatoes in saucepan.

    Put all ingredients in a large bowl and add peas, salt, pepper and garlic powder; mix well.

    Spray a 9 x 13-inch casserole pan with cooking spray.

    Cook at 350° for 15 to 20 minutes.
