Ingredients
- 2 c. pie crust mix
- 1 c. seeded raisins
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 egg
- grated rind and juice of 1 lemon
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 Tbsp. cracker crumbs
Directions

1Combine pastry mix with cold water and divide into two portions.

2Roll one portion into a large rectangular sheet. Place on cookie sheet.

3Spread with cooled raisin mixture.

4Roll other pastry.

5Place on top of raisin mixture.

6Turn a bit of lower crust up over edge of upper crust; flute edge all around. Take a paring knife and gently mark off the top crust into 24 squares.

7(Don't cut through pastry.)

8Use a fork to prick two sets of holes in each square.

9Bake at 450° for 15 to 20 minutes. Remove from oven.

10Allow to cool a few minutes, then cut the 24 Brambles and place on rack to cool.
