  • 2 c. Raisin Bran cereal, crushed
  • 1 c. whole wheat flour
  • 1 c. all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp. baking soda
  • 3/4 c. softened margarine
  • 2/3 c. sugar
  • 1/2 c. brown sugar, packed firm
  • 2 eggs

Directions

    Stir together cereal, flour and baking soda; set aside.

    In large bowl, beat margarine, sugar and brown sugar until fluffy. Add eggs and beat well.

    Add flour mixture and mix thoroughly. Drop by level teaspoonfuls.

    Bake at 325° for 12 to 14 minutes or until lightly brown.
