- 5 c. flour
- 3 c. sugar
- 5 tsp. soda
- 2 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp. allspice
- 4 eggs, beaten
- 1 qt. buttermilk
- 1 c. oil
- 1 (16 3/4 oz.) can crushed pineapple
- 12 oz. Raisin Bran
Directions

1Mix together the flour, sugar, soda, salt, cinnamon and allspice.

2Add eggs, buttermilk, oil and pineapple; mix well. Blend in Raisin Bran.

3Bake at 400° for 15 to 20 minutes according to size of muffin tins.

4Makes 3 to 5 dozen.

5It is better if you mix up batter the night before.

6Keeps up to six weeks in refrigerator.
