  • 5 c. flour
  • 3 c. sugar
  • 5 tsp. soda
  • 2 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp. allspice
  • 4 eggs, beaten
  • 1 qt. buttermilk
  • 1 c. oil
  • 1 (16 3/4 oz.) can crushed pineapple
  • 12 oz. Raisin Bran

Directions

    Mix together the flour, sugar, soda, salt, cinnamon and allspice.

    Add eggs, buttermilk, oil and pineapple; mix well. Blend in Raisin Bran.

    Bake at 400° for 15 to 20 minutes according to size of muffin tins.

    Makes 3 to 5 dozen.

    It is better if you mix up batter the night before.

    Keeps up to six weeks in refrigerator.
