  • 1 c. oil (must use oil)
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 qt. buttermilk
  • 5 c. flour
  • 5 tsp. soda
  • 2 tsp. salt

Directions

    Mix all ingredients together.

    Store in refrigerator up to 6 weeks.

    When wanted, fill greased muffin tin 2/3 full.

    Bake 15 to 20 minutes at 400°.
