- 1 c. brown sugar
- 2 1/2 c. flour
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 c. oil
- 2 c. buttermilk
- 2 eggs
- 1 c. boiling water
Directions

1Mix 1 cup bran with boiling water.

2Stir and let set.

3Cream together sugar, oil and eggs.

4Combine flour, soda and salt.

5Mix together with remaining 2 cups bran and buttermilk and water and bran mixture.

6Store in refrigerator in airtight container.

7Cook in muffin pans.
