- 2 1/2 c. self-rising flour
- 1 1/4 c. sugar
- 3 c. Kellogg's All-Bran cereal
- 2 1/2 c. milk
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 c. vegetable oil
- 1 1/2 c. raisins
- 3 oz. chopped pecans
Directions

1Mix cereal and milk.

2Let sit for cereal to soften.

3Add eggs and oil to cereal.

4Stir in sugar first, then flour.

5Stir only until ingredients are combined.

6Stir in nuts and raisins.

7Pour into lightly greased muffin pan(s).

8Bake at 375° for about 20 minutes.

9Recipe makes 24 muffins.

10Muffins can be frozen and reheated in microwave.
