  • 24 round dumpling wrappers (found at Asian markets)
  • 1 tablespoon freshly grated ginger
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 cup swiss chard, chopped finely
  • 2 cups tatsoi, chopped finely
  • 1/2 cup carrots, chopped finely
  • 1/2 cup bok choy, chopped
  • 3/4 cup radishes, chopped (about two large radishes)
  • 2 tablespoons cilantro
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 teaspoons sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoons corn starch (to help absorb the liquid)
