- 4 c. Raisin Bran
- 1 c. sugar
- 2 1/2 tsp. baking soda
- 2 1/2 c. flour
- 1/2 c. chopped walnuts
- 1 tsp. salt
- 2 beaten eggs
- 1/2 c. oil
- 2 c. buttermilk
Directions

1Mix the first 6 ingredients together in a large bowl.

2Make a well in the center.

3Beat together the wet ingredients; add to flour mixture, stirring just until moistened.

4(Batter will be thick.)

5Mixture may be stored in the refrigerator up to 3 weeks. Bake in muffin tins for 20 to 25 minutes at 375°.

6Yields 40 muffins.
