  • 2 c. oatmeal
  • 2 c. All-Bran cereal
  • 2 c. Shredded Wheat
  • 1/2 c. wheat germ
  • 1 (1 lb.) box brown sugar (2 1/4 c.)
  • 1/2 c. oil
  • 4 eggs
  • 3 tsp. soda
  • 1 qt. buttermilk
  • 5 c. flour (1/2 whole wheat)

Directions

    In a blender, crumble Shredded Wheat until fine.

    Mix all ingredients together.

    Keep covered in refrigerator.

    Will keep for a month.

    Bake muffins as needed for 10 to 15 minutes at 350°.
