- 2 c. shredded wheat
- 2 c. Raisin Bran
- 1 c. oil
- 4 eggs, beaten
- 5 tsp. baking soda
- 5 c. flour
- 1 lb. brown sugar
- 1 qt. buttermilk
- 1 Tbsp. salt
Directions

1Pour 1 cup boiling water over oatmeal, wheat and bran.

2Add remaining ingredients and mix well.

3Store in covered bowl in refrigerator and bake as desired.

4Bake 20 minutes at 350°.

5You may add raisins, nuts or blueberries to batter for variation in your muffins.

6Muffin mix may be kept 2 to 3 weeks.
