  • 2 c. oatmeal
  • 2 c. shredded wheat
  • 2 c. Raisin Bran
  • 1 c. oil
  • 4 eggs, beaten
  • 5 tsp. baking soda
  • 5 c. flour
  • 1 lb. brown sugar
  • 1 qt. buttermilk
  • 1 Tbsp. salt

Directions

    Pour 1 cup boiling water over oatmeal, wheat and bran.

    Add remaining ingredients and mix well.

    Store in covered bowl in refrigerator and bake as desired.

    Bake 20 minutes at 350°.

    You may add raisins, nuts or blueberries to batter for variation in your muffins.

    Muffin mix may be kept 2 to 3 weeks.
