- 1 c. boiling water
- 1 c. ALL-bran cereal
- 2 c. other bran cereal
- 1 1/2 c. sugar or Splenda (sugar substitute)
- 2 1/2 c. unsifted all-purpose flour
- 2 1/2 tsp. soda
- 1 tsp. salt
- 2 beaten eggs
- 1/2 c. melted butter
- 2 c. buttermilk
Directions

1Pour boiling water over all-bran.

2Set aside.

3Mix the other dry ingredients.

4Add eggs, butter and buttermilk.

5Beat until well mixed.

6Add the hot cereal.

7Bake the number of muffins needed at 400° for 20 minutes.

8Place the remaining batter in an airtight container and keep in the refrigerator.

9Batter will keep for 6 weeks.
