- 3 c. sugar
- 1 qt. buttermilk
- 5 c. flour
- 1 c. cooking oil
- 2 tsp. salt
- 4 beaten eggs
- 5 tsp. soda
Directions

1Mix together all dry ingredients.

2Combine buttermilk, oil and beaten eggs.

3Beat well with dry ingredients.

4This recipe will keep in covered container in refrigerator for at least 6 weeks. When ready to bake, pour into muffin pans and bake in 350° oven for 15 to 20 minutes or until done.
