  • 6 1/2 c. Raisin Bran (15 oz. box)
  • 3 c. sugar
  • 1 qt. buttermilk
  • 5 c. flour
  • 1 c. cooking oil
  • 2 tsp. salt
  • 4 beaten eggs
  • 5 tsp. soda

Directions

    Mix together all dry ingredients.

    Combine buttermilk, oil and beaten eggs.

    Beat well with dry ingredients.

    This recipe will keep in covered container in refrigerator for at least 6 weeks. When ready to bake, pour into muffin pans and bake in 350° oven for 15 to 20 minutes or until done.
