  • 8 ounces linguine or 8 ounces fettuccine pasta
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 large garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 8 ounces crabmeat
  • 8 ounces cooked shrimp
  • 1 medium tomatoes, chopped
  • 12 cup whipping cream
  • 12 cup scallion, sliced
  • 12 cup swiss cheese, shredded
  • fresh ground black pepper, to taste

Directions

    Cook pasta according to package directions.

    In large skillet, saute garlic and oregano in butter over medium heat, stirring frequently, about 1 minute.

    Add tomato and cook for an additional 3 minutes.

    Add remaining ingredients and cook over medium heat until sauce thickens.
