- 8 ounces linguine or 8 ounces fettuccine pasta
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 large garlic cloves, minced
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 8 ounces crabmeat
- 8 ounces cooked shrimp
- 1 medium tomatoes, chopped
- 12 cup whipping cream
- 12 cup scallion, sliced
- 12 cup swiss cheese, shredded
- fresh ground black pepper, to taste
Directions

1Cook pasta according to package directions.

2In large skillet, saute garlic and oregano in butter over medium heat, stirring frequently, about 1 minute.

3Add tomato and cook for an additional 3 minutes.

4Add remaining ingredients and cook over medium heat until sauce thickens.

5Top hot pasta with sauce, add black pepper, and serve.
