- 1 1/2 c. pure bran
- 2 Tbsp. honey
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 1/4 tsp. baking soda
- 2 c. buttermilk
- 1 egg white
- 2 Tbsp. melted corn oil margarine
- 1/2 c. raisins
- 1 c. chopped nuts
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350°.

2Combine flour, bran, honey, salt and soda; mix well.

3Combine remaining ingredients to moisten.

4Spoon into well-greased muffin pan, filling 2/3 full.

5Bake 20 to 30 minutes.
