  • 1/4 c. sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 c. flour
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 3 tsp. baking powder
  • 1 c. Milnot
  • 1 c. All-Bran
  • 3/4 c. pecans or raisins
  • 1/4 tsp. cinnamon

    Have shortening at room temperature.

    Cream with sugar and add eggs.

    Mix milk with All-Bran.

    Mix and sift dry ingredients separately and blend.

    Add nuts and bake in a well-greased muffin tin at 400° for 20 to 30 minutes.
