  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup 100% wheat bran high fibre cereal
  • 1 3/4 cups flour
  • 3 Tbsp. granulated sugar
  • 1 Tbsp. Magic Baking Powder
  • 1/3 cup butter

Directions

    BLEND milk, egg and cereal in medium bowl; set aside.

    MIX flour, sugar and baking powder; cut in butter until crumbly.

    ADD cereal mixture to dry ingredients; mixing until moistened.

    TURN onto lightly floured surface; kneading 10 - 12 times.

    Divide in half; pat each into 6 inch circle.

    PLACE on ungreased baking sheet; score each into 6 wedges.

    BAKE at 425F for 15 - 20 minutes or until golden.
