- 2 large cans baked beans
- 1 1/2 lb. ground beef
- 1 tsp. dry mustard
- 1 large chopped onion
- 3/4 c. brown sugar
- 1/2 c. chili sauce or ketchup
- 1/4 c. brandy
- 1/4 c. strong coffee
Directions

1Saute meat and onion.

2Add dry mustard, ketchup and brown sugar.

3Mix well. Place layer of beans in casserole.

4Add layer of meat.

5Repeat, ending with beans.

6Mix coffee and brandy and pour over beans (do not mix).

7Cook, uncovered, until bubbly and brown.
