- 1 lb. sharp cheddar cheese
- 1/3 cup brandy
- 3 tbsp. butter, at room temperature
- 2 tbsp. heavy cream
- 1 dash nutmeg
- 1 dash cayenne pepper
Directions

1Put the cheese through a meat grinder or food processor using the finest blade.

2Combine the cheese in a mixing bowl with all other ingredients.

3Mix well.

4Chill in the refrigerator.

5Remove from the refrigerator about 30 minutes before serving so the cheese may be spread easily.
