  • 2 large cans baked beans
  • 1 1/2 lb. ground beef
  • 1 tsp. dry mustard
  • 1 large chopped onion
  • 3/4 c. brown sugar
  • 1/2 c. catsup or chili sauce
  • 1/4 c. brandy
  • 1/4 c. strong coffee

Directions

    Saute meat and chopped onion.

    Combine with chili sauce or catsup and mix well.

    Alternate layers of beans and meat mixture in baking dish.

    Pour coffee and then brandy on top (do not mix). Bake at 350° for 35 to 40 minutes, uncovered, until bubbly and brown.
