  • 125 grams butter
  • 60 grams Icing Sugar
  • 50 ml Brandy

Directions

    Add butter to the food processer

    Pulse the butter until softened.

    Add the Icing sugar in three stages blending into the butter.

    Add the Brandy slowly to the blended sugar and butter.

    (like you would oil to eggs to make mayonnaise)

    If the mixture splits add a little more icing sugar.

    It should come back together.
