- 60 grams Icing Sugar
- 50 ml Brandy
Directions

1Add butter to the food processer

2Pulse the butter until softened.

3Add the Icing sugar in three stages blending into the butter.

4Add the Brandy slowly to the blended sugar and butter.

5(like you would oil to eggs to make mayonnaise)

6If the mixture splits add a little more icing sugar.

7It should come back together.
