  • 2 oz. unsweetened chocolate
  • 2 cups half and half
  • 1 cup brandy
  • 2 cups hot brewed coffee
  • 2/3 cup sugar
  • 3/4 cup whipping cream
  • 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract

Directions

    Cook chocolate and half-and-half in a large saucepan over medium heat, stirring constantly, until chocolate melts (do not boil).

    Add brandy, coffee, and sugar, stirring until sugar melts.

    Remove from heat.

    Beat whipping cream and vanilla at high speed with an electric mixer until soft peaks form.

    Fold into coffee mixture.
