- 3 tablespoons golden syrup
- 90 g butter
- 13 cup brown sugar
- 12 cup plain flour
Directions

1Combine first three ingredients and cook for 1 1/2-2 minutes on HIGH until melted.

2Stir in plain flour.

3Preheat oven to 180deg C.

4Spoon a quarter of the mixture into a greased 20 cm round cake tin.

5Bake on low rack for 8 minutes on CONVECTION at 180Deg C.

6Allow to cool slightly.

7Turn out onto a small mould and shape into baskets.

8Continue to make baskets with remaining mixture.

9Fill baskets with ice cream and raspberries.
