Brazened Tilapia

Ingredients

  • Tilapia Fillets (2 per person)
  • Soy Sauce
  • Worcestershire Sauce
  • Garlic Salt or powder
  • 1/4 cup yellow onion (sliced)

Directions

    Marinade the fish fillets in soy sauce, worcestershire, and garlic for about one hour.

    Heat up a skillet on medium, and fry the onion in olive oil. ( I like to use rosemary olive oil

    Remove the onions, and bring the skillet up to a medium high heat.

    Put in about 4 tablespoons of olive oil, and gently lay down the fillets.

    Flip them over after they have cooked half of the way through, and turn the heat off.

    Wait five minutes, then turn the heat on to high. You want to scorch the surface, not blacken it.

    Turn the fillet once again.

    Serve with a light creme sauce, and a side of your choosing.
