- Tilapia Fillets (2 per person)
- Soy Sauce
- Worcestershire Sauce
- Garlic Salt or powder
- 1/4 cup yellow onion (sliced)
Directions

1Marinade the fish fillets in soy sauce, worcestershire, and garlic for about one hour.

2Heat up a skillet on medium, and fry the onion in olive oil. ( I like to use rosemary olive oil

3Remove the onions, and bring the skillet up to a medium high heat.

4Put in about 4 tablespoons of olive oil, and gently lay down the fillets.

5Flip them over after they have cooked half of the way through, and turn the heat off.

6Wait five minutes, then turn the heat on to high. You want to scorch the surface, not blacken it.

7Turn the fillet once again.

8Serve with a light creme sauce, and a side of your choosing.
