- 1 pkg. active dry yeast
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 2/3 c. nonfat dry milk powder
- 1 Tbsp. salt
- 2 c. warm water
- 3 Tbsp. oil
- 5 1/2 to 6 1/2 c. flour
Directions

1Put yeast, sugar, milk powder and 3 cups flour into large bowl.

2Add warm water and stir.

3Add oil and beat well for 2 minutes with wooden spoon.

4Add 2 1/2 cups flour.

5Mix until the dough comes off the sides of bowl.

6Place the dough on lightly floured board and knead 6 to 9 minutes.

7If dough is sticky, sprinkle with flour.

8Shape into ball and place in lightly greased bowl.

9Rotate dough so all sides are greased.
-
10Cover loosely with plastic wrap and cloth towel.

11Let rise in warm place 60 to 90 minutes.
